Han Kun added dispute resolution lawyer Jerald Foo to its Singapore office as a partner.

Foo’s practice covers disputes across corporate, banking, trust, joint venture, restructuring, fraud, employment, trade, and energy sectors.

Before joining Han Kun, he served as an Assistant Registrar and Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore. He later practiced at several Singapore law firms, including Wong Partnership, Cavenagh Law, and Selvam, and was a partner at Oon & Bazul and Rajah & Tann Singapore.
