Recently, Tian Yuan has added dispute resolution lawyer Dantes Leung to its Hong Kong office as a partner.

Leung specialises in commercial litigation, international arbitration and contentious regulatory matters. He advises multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals on complex cross-border disputes, with extensive experience in international contract disputes, joint venture and shareholder conflicts, trust and estate disputes, intellectual property matters, as well as fraud and debt recovery cases.

Prior to joining Tian Yuan, Leung was a partner at Oldham, Li & Nie (OLN) and previously practiced at Stephenson Harwood, Slaughter and May, and Skadden.
