Recently, Kirkland & Ellis announced that Jenny Li has joined the firm's Shanghai office.

Ms. Li specializes in corporate compliance and complex cross-border disputes. Prior to joining Kirkland, she served as Head of Ethics & Compliance for Asia-Pacific and Greater China at Baxter International Inc.. She also brings over a decade of experience from working at several leading international law firms.
